General Wash and Care
Rinse during your bath and then throw in the daily dirty cloth for daily washed (small amount of detergent)
Do not use bath soap, shampoo, fabric softener/dryer sheets. It will block the pores and reduce the absorbency.
Do not use bleach. This will cause the fabric’s fibers to break down. It will also cause the waterproof layer of the pad to de-laminate.
Stains is very easily removed by soaking and then gentle squeeze. Should small staining occur, try laying your pads out in the sun, or use an oxygen-based bleach.
Directions for Use
Wash your NVme pads prior to first use.
Snap wing under your underwear to lock the position.
Change pad every 3-4 hours or as needed. When you are away from home, place the used pads in a Mini Bag until you return home. Then wash per care instructions.
How Many Do Yo Need?
We recommend between 5-8 combination of regular and heavy flow pads, depending on your heavy flow pattern and how long your periods normally last.
